HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES

Hazardous substances as defined by Pennsylvania Code, Chapter 323 are “[h]azardous substances which are considered environment hazards because of their particular or extreme properties pose a danger if released into the environment”. At the November 18, 2024 Board of Supervisors Meeting. The board passed Resolution 2024-10 to extend the Burn Ban for 30 days.
