West Cumberland Partners, LLC – N. Dickinson School Road
Parcel #08-11-0292-001
Containing 130.82 acres

This announcement will hereby serve to notify the citizens of Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, that the Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors has received a proposal for an addition to the Agricultural Security Area within Dickinson Township, pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act 43 of 1981.

The Agricultural Security Area proposal is currently on file and available for public inspection at the Dickinson Township Municipal Office, 219 Mountain View Rd, Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Any affected Municipality or landowner who owns land which is within, adjacent to, or near the area proposed to be included in the Agricultural Security Area may propose modifications or submit objections within 15 days of the date this notice was published. Such proposed changes or objections must be submitted to the Dickinson Township Office on or before June 24, 2025.

Upon expiration of the aforementioned 15-day period, the proposed Agricultural Security Area and any proposed changes will be submitted to the Dickinson Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee, the Dickinson Township Planning Commission and the Cumberland County Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Thereafter, a public hearing will be held by the Township Supervisors to consider the Agricultural Security Area proposal, any proposed modifications and any recommendations from the Planning Commissions and the Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee.

Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties have partnered with Connections Health Solutions to open Connections Emergency Behavioral Health Crisis Walk-In Center, located at 1100 S. Cameron Street, Harrisburg.

The center offers 24/7 immediate access to mental health and substance use crisis care for individual 18+ regardless of insurance or ability to pay. In early January the facility will begin treating youth 14 -18.
